Chapel Hills Jewelry offers secure, insured jewelry shipping throughout the U.S. Below is a breakdown of our policies for orders, custom pieces, repairs, and more.

Standard Shipping Free on orders over $500. 3–5 business days. Fully insured with tracking and signature required.
Express Shipping $40 flat rate. 1–2 business days. Fully insured with signature required.
Processing Times In-stock items: 1–3 business days. Repairs: 5–7 business days. Custom orders: timeline varies by project.
Custom Orders Made-to-order and not returnable. Not covered under standard shipping insurance. Contact us for pickup or secure courier options.
Repairs & Services We offer an insured return label (fee applies). Must contact us before shipping. We’re not liable for incoming shipments unless our label is used.
In-Store Pickup Free local pickup available at our Pittsburgh showroom. Choose "Local Pickup" at checkout.
International & PO Boxes We do not currently ship internationally or to PO boxes. Please use a valid U.S. street address.
